Consultations
 My most popular service are my consultations. I will do a thorough walk through of your
house, looking at everything from curb appeal to wall color and furniture placement. I then
provide you with a detailed report so that you can do the work yourself. I will let you know
what I think are the most important changes that you should make, to the changes that will
look nice, but will not make or break a deal on your house.
Staging furnished homes
 I am also available to stage your house for you. I can use your existing furniture and
accessories, or I have an inventory of accessories and smaller pieces of furniture that I can
bring in to work with your items. I will bring in pieces that will help add color to your room,
give your room a more finished look, or give it a feminine touch that can be very important
when trying to sell.
Staging Vacant Properties
 I have access to many different styles, color and pieces of furniture. If your house is
$150,000 or $600,000, I will stage with pieces that fit the style of your house, and bring out
the best selling features. By placing furniture in a room, it will help people with the scale of
the room, plus give them ideas on what they can do with the room, especially if it is an
awkward floor plan. And a house with furniture always feels more inviting then an empty
house.
Redesign
 Even if you are not moving I can still come in and help you redesign your space. I can use
items you already have in your home, but may not be utilizing in the best way. We can also
bring in new pieces to your room.
Photo Staging
Your marketing photos are the key to getting buyers into your front door. If your photos don't sell you home, the buyers will not bother visiting your house. Photo Staging preps your house the day your marketing photos are taken, so that your photos stand out.
Items will be rearranged, added and removed in order to make your rooms look their best. Everything will be returned after the pictures are taken. This is a great option for a seller who does not have it in their budget to do an all over stage.
